The weekly workouts are all HIIT based (High Intensity Interval Training) which helps burn fat and build cardiovascular heart health - and weight training based to help you build lean muscle. The perfect system for weightloss! And the best part is that they can be done from anywhere! The workouts are taught in circuits with real time instruction, by your trainer Darlene, to follow along with daily. The workouts should be done 3 - 4 times a week for the best results.
You will be provided with a nutrition plan as well that will teach you what foods to eat/not eat in order to decrease your body fat percentage and achieve your weightloss goals.
