WORKOUT WEDNESDAY: THE BEST AB WORKOUT
Happy Hump Day everyone! I hope the holidays treated you all well. I definitely took some time to rest, and of course stuff my face with some of my mom's amazing dishes. Now you can probably guess that my body was in need of a hardcore workout, especially some ab work. During the holidays, having a constant food baby is almost a given, but the New Year is right around the corner so we've got to make sure that our abs are on point. Now if getting a six pack of abs is your New Year's resolution, this ab workout will have you in the gold. This exercise is my favorite one for targeting my rectus abdominis. It's a pretty advanced move that could be modified to a beginner/intermediate version by pulling your knees in towards your chest, and/or having a friend hold to the ball as you move in and out. Give this exercise a try! It will quickly become one of your favorites.
