Workout Wednesday: Practice Makes Perfect
Hey ya'll! It's hump day, which means it's Workout Wednesday! I wanted to share a quick little video of a exercise that I've been working on. Box Jumps! They are a little tough, but they are a dynamic movement that makes me feel so powerful when I master a new height. My form could definitely improve quite a bit with these, and I could be better on my landing, but I'm sharing this with you to encourage you to try something new or difficult, even when it seems too hard!
