Happy Workout Wednesday! Excited to bring you the first video in my 5 week series. So let's just jump right into it! This is a lower body bodyweight workout that can be done anywhere, all you need is some space and your sneakers or socks ;)
Sumo Jump Squats-to-pulses
Lunges with a kickback
2 - 3 sets/ 15 reps each
