Toned Arms: Bicep and Tricep Exercises

Hello Hello! I hope you all have had a productive week, full of healthy decisions ;). I sure did, but I allowed myself to indulge on some baked goods, which literally made my week (brownies to be exact). I wanted to bring you a few exercises for a body part that was highly requested. One thing that you may, or may not know is that the arms are one of the top places that women gain weight. Especially the back of your arms, also known as, the triceps. So, I went ahead and compiled my favorite bicep and tricep exercises for you to do. Be sure to go at your own pace, and pay close attention to my form in the video.

My suggestion is to lift a moderate to heavy weight when using dumbbells in order to help with toning your arms. Why? The more muscle you build, the easier it is to shed fat. I encourage my fellow ladies to lift heavy because there is a great benefit to it. Trust me, it won't make your arms bigger, but will actually help them slim down! Try to do 2 - 3 sets, and 12 - 15 reps of each exercise. Enjoy!
