Lower Body Exercises for Knee Pain

Hey lovelies! I love making workout videos, and you all seem to really enjoy them, so I wanted to bring you another Workout Wednesday demonstration video. I feel that it is easier to follow along when you can visualize and see exactly what to do, and how to perform it correctly. It has been highly requested to make a lower body workout video for those who are prone to knee problems, and have frequent knee pain. I compiled a few exercises that target the quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calfs, without disrupting your knees. You can mix these into your weekly routine, or tweak them to your liking. Follow along!
