Spring is in the air! I'm so excited to finally be able to do outdoor workouts again, and just simply have warm weather. I am an outdoorsy person, and I love being able to soak up the sun. For that reason, I really feel like I belong in a warm climate, and a place that is warm year round, but I digress.
Today I wanted to talk about different ways you can enjoy working out. There are soooo many different types of workouts you can do to get into shape. From dancing, weightlifting, swimming, basketball and so much more, there is really no excuse to why one may think working out is not fun. You really just have to find the right type of exercise for YOU. Personally, I don't like running for long periods of time, the furthest I'll run is a mile and I'm done. It simply just isn't fun for me. But when it comes to dancing, I can do that for hours even though it is really tiring. And that is simply because I enjoy the heck out of it. So whatever you are into, do it! And if you don't know what you are into, search for it. Try out different things and discover what you like and don't like. Discovering what is right for you is the first step to starting your fitness journey.
