20 Minute Full Body At Home Workout (During Quarantine) No Equipment Needed

It's the end of the second week of quarantine and you're probably getting frustrated and restless in your homes. Which is totally understandable. Fortunately working out is a great way to keep yourself busy and healthy while you're quarantined to your house. So I made a 20 minute full body at home workout that you can do from the comfort of your living room. It is a bodyweight workout, so there is no need for equipment of any sort. All you'll need is a couch, chair or your bed. You can do this workout daily or a few times a week to keep yourself in shape. So come on! And let's get fit at home!
