Workout on Your Own Time

This whole program has pre-recorded video workouts for your convenience. You don't need any equipment whatsoever! My goal with this program is to enable you to be able to workout from anywhere. That means your home, the park or the beach.   

MOVE AT YOUR OWN PACE

Each workout includes water breaks and a timer, but you can also pause the workout at any time if you need a longer break. 

HOW IT WORKS

Workout at Home:

The weekly workouts are all HIIT based (High Intensity Interval Training) which helps burn fat and build cardiovascular heart health - and weight training based to help you build lean muscle. The perfect system for weightloss! And the best part is that they can be done from anywhere! The workouts are taught in circuits with real time instruction, by your trainer Darlene, to follow along with daily. The workouts should be done 4 - 5 times a week for the best results.

Everything You Need:

You will be provided with a nutrition plan as well, that will teach you what foods to eat/not eat in order to decrease your body fat percentage and achieve your weight loss goals. 

 

Once purchased you will receive an email from The DNA Lifestyle. This email will contain your login and url where you can access all your workouts and nutrition info for the challenge. And you can get started right away!

 

At the end of your 4 weeks, you can share your results on our Facebook Page and join a community of women who are all working towards leading a healthy lifestyle!
