My name is Darlene Aniebonam and I am someone who fell in love with learning how to treat my body right. I first started my fitness journey when I was a young, unconfident, and insecure girl who hated what I saw in the mirror. Then, one day I found dance, and my life changed. Being introduced to the world of dance led me to receiving my Bachelors in Kinesiology, and gaining years of experience as a fitness instructor, personal trainer and dance coach. As well as becoming a research scholar in the exercise science field, and winning Best in Swimsuit as a finalist in the Miss Maryland USA pageant .
I started the DNA Lifestyle to teach other women how to gain their confidence and self-worth through movement, exercise and taking better care of their bodies. As they say, your body is your temple, and it is important to treat it as such. You have the power lose the weight and feel confident in your jeans. You have the power to put yourself first and do what is right for you. You have the power to love the woman you see in the mirror. And I am just here to help you get there. Let's start this journey together!
